USNDC 1st Division, MN along with the National Commander performing Final Military Honors and Speech for LTC Cher Cha Xiong, on November 2, 2019. Lieutenant Colonel Xiong was among other 35,000+ Hmong soldiers who fought during the CIA war, against the Lao and Vietnamese communist forces in Laos from 1961 to 1975.
